Payouts will be made based on the actual track payout. The Morning Line (ML) listed in the race program is just informational and is not used to calculate the payouts. Your account will reflect any payouts once the race is graded. The following table shows the min/max bets and max payouts for the different types of wagers:

Track Rules Limits
All horses involved in a horseracing proposition must run for action.
A horse vs. horse match-up may have a position handicap. If the number is positive (+), then you subtract that number of positions from that horse's finishing position. If the number is negative (-), then add that number of positions to that horse's finishing position. The horse with the lower finishing position after the handicap is applied is the winner.
A race must have a minimum of 4 horses run or all wagers will be no action.
Races with post times after midnight eastern time are graded the following morning.
The minimum wager links the phone is $20 each bet.
Wagers with a Ticket Post Time a second or more after an official off time at a track will ALWAYS be graded a Past Post. All Past Post wagers have the risked funds returned at the time the race is graded.
Triple Crown and Breeder’s Cup maximum net profit per race: $100,000
Major tracks (A) maximum net profit per race: $30,000
Major tracks (B) maximum net profit per race: $15,000
Medium tracks maximum net profit per race: $10,000
Minor tracks maximum net profit per race: $7,500
Harness maximum net profit per race: $5,000
Net profits per race include winnings from multiple race selections and also multiple accounts wagering in conjunction with each other.
