FIFA World Cup 2006 Event:
The 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany. The opening match of World Cup 2006 will take place on 9th June in Munich -
with the final taking place one month later in Berlin. The XVIII FIFA World Cup will be held from 9th June to
9th July 2006 across 12 venues in Germany, with 32 nations competing in the month-long festival of sporting
excellence. Qualification for the tournament is now complete, with all 32 competing teams confirmed.
The Twelve World Cup Cities - Berlin, Dortmund, Frankfurt/Main, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Hannover, Kaiserslautern,
