All redemptions are processed via Person to Person, Money Transfer, certified check,  bank wire or sent to you through a money transfer company.  Please see the table below for the time-frames that each redemption method can be processed.  If you make your request in the appropriate time-frame for the method requested, it will be processed immediately and may incur a transaction fee.  Most of the fees are listed below.

Redemption requests made on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may not incur a transaction fee. All payment methods with a fee of $40 or less will get processed free of charge if no payments have been sent in the previous 30 days if sent on a Monday morning. If you wish to wait until Monday to have your redemption processed, please contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Chat
