The cash back is calculated on your overall losses in the IslandCasino Bonus Casino, MatchPlay Casino and Live Dealer Casino!

Rebate Casino game volume rebates apply concurrently with this promotion.  Cash Back Casino percentage losses back run concurrently with this promotion.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this Bonus program, you must first contact our Customer Service Staff to request that your account be converted to this program.

Once your account has been converted, you can request to have your Casino Rebate Bonus manually calculated.  To do this, contact Customer Service, your Casino Rebate Bonus will be calculated using the casino losses that are posted daily in your account at 1:00AM ET.  Live Dealer and MatchPlay performances are manually calculated by the Customer Service Staff taking in consideration action registered until 1:00 AM ET.

The Casino Rebate Bonus would be calculated as follows:
(Cumulative Daily Casino Losses for the period) - (Cumulative Daily Casino Wins for the period) - (Live Dealer/MatchPlay Casino performance for the period) - (Accumulated Casino Winnings from previous periods) x (rebate percentage) = (Casino Rebate Bonus)

Example:

There are no previous casino winnings registered and no Live Dealer or MatchPlay Casino action to consider for this period. $115.00 + $57.50 - $257.50 = -$85 *14% (Wednesday Special) = $11.90

In order to receive the Casino Rebate Bonus Program, you must contact us to request a conversion of your account to this special Casino Rebate account.  Only casino play occurring AFTER your account has been converted to this special Casino Rebate Program will qualify for a bonus.  

Here is how the program works
You can receive a 21% rebate bonus on your overall losses in any of the IslandCasino Casinos once per 30 days.  If 30 or more days have passed since your last rebate was applied, you may ask for your rebate of 21% to be calculated and applied.

*** OR ***

You can receive a 14% rebate bonus on your overall losses in any of the IslandCasino Casinos on Wednesdays.  This Casino Rebate Bonus can only be requested on Wednesday from 1:00am until 1:00pm ET.  The 14% Casino Rebate Bonus is limited to one time each Wednesday.

*** OR ***

On any day other than Wednesday, if you choose to ask for a Casino Rebate Bonus before 30 days, you will receive a 7% of your overall casino losses since your last Casino Rebate Bonus was applied. 

If you choose to accept a 14% casino rebate, you will not qualify for the 21% monthly Casino Rebate Bonus.

If you choose to accept a 7% casino rebate, you will not qualify for the 14% or 21% rebate options.

By choosing an early casino rebate period, you give up the possibility of earning a higher casino rebate percentage.

The minimum casino rebate amount that will be applied to an account is $2.50. We reserve the right to raise casino rebate minimum amounts applied up to $50 or restrict awards to once per 30 days if an account is deemed to be overusing the casino rebate Bonus Program.

You cannot receive any other bonuses (cash or free-play) once you have signed up to receive Casino Rebate Bonus.  If you choose to accept another bonus of any kind, you will be removed from the Casino Rebate Bonus Program immediately.

Reduced juice wagering options will be eliminated as a condition of the Casino Rebate Bonus Program.

How your Casino Rebate Bonus will appear in your account
To locate your Casino Rebate Bonus, log into the IslandCasino Sportsbook, click on "Account" in the top navigation and then on "Transactions".

In this example, the customer has received a $13.37 Casino Cash Back Bonus. The customer had $-151 in Casino Losses, Casino Wins of $3, and $-43 in MatchPlay Casino Performance.

Here is how the Casino Rebate Bonus is calculated
$-151 (Casino Losses) - $3(Casino Wins) = $148

$148 + $43 (MatchPlay Casino Performance = $191

7% of $191 = $13.37

Casino Rebate Bonus abbreviations
CL = Casino Losses – Cumulative Daily Casino Losses for the period.  The Losses taken in consideration for this bonus must be displayed in your Transaction Report posted at 1:00 am. Non posted casino balances are not eligible for casino rebate bonuses.

CW = Casino Wins  –  Cumulative Daily Casino Wins for the period.  The Winnings taken in consideration for this bonus must be displayed in your Transaction Report posted at 1:00 am. Non posted casino balances are not eligible for casino rebate bonuses.

LD = Live Dealer Performance – Transfers TO the Live Dealer are considered losses, transfers FROM Live Dealer as considered wins.  You will see a positive figure if you won in the Live Dealer and a negative one if you lost in the Live Dealer.

MPC = MatchPlay Casino Performance –Transfers TO the MatchPlay Casino are considered losses, transfers FROM the MatchPlay Casino are considered wins.  You will see a positive figure if you won in the MatchPlay Casino and a negative one if you lost in the MatchPlay Casino.
