How to deposit funds to your IslandCasino account using the ACH Payment Systems
The minimum amount allowed is $50. The maximum amount per transaction is $500; however your first ACH payment will be limited to a maximum of $300. You can process one ACH deposit every 3 business days with a maximum of $5000 every 30 days.

Please notice that ACH payments are deposited to your account using 2 different processors.  Limits and descriptors may vary from one to another.  Contact Customer Service Staff via Live Chat for accurate information.

Deposits made with ACH will be subject to access restrictions with third party vendors as well as a 4 business days freeze on all payouts from the time the last deposit was captured.

When deposits have been made using any of the ACH Payment Systems (regardless of the redemption method used), a voided check & player identification will be requested prior processing any payouts.

How to withdraw funds from your IslandCasino account using the ACH Payment Systems
We process ACH payments Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET. Payouts are processed only to the bank account of the Sportbet account holder's name (no intermediary banks can be used). Accurate bank account details are required to proceed with an ACH payment.

There is a minimum amount of $50 per ACH payment. You can receive one transaction every 72 hours for a maximum of $2300. The transaction takes 3-5 business days to arrive to your bank account after processed by our merchant.

In order to process an ACH pay out you need to reply to a confirmation email sent by our Customer Service Staff in which you agree to the Terms & Conditions therein contained. Please contact us through Live Chat for more details.

Fees associated with ACH Payment Systems
Deposits are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are always free of charge.

Withdrawal
A 3% fee over the amount withdrawn will be charged (minimum of $20, maximum of $50). 

Remember, ACH redemption requests processed on Monday mornings before the cut off time may qualify to be sent free of charge or to have a discount applied on the processing fee.  You are allowed one free withdrawal every 30 days only.  If you wish to wait until Monday to have your redemption processed, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Chat.  If you have received a free withdrawal from IslandCasino via another method in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for another free withdrawal.  Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed immediately with the corresponding fees applied.
