Moneybookers

Moneybookers is one of the easiest payout methods we offer.  Clients must have a valid Moneybookers account before requesting a payout.  To request a withdrawal, simply go to the Cashier section after logging in to your account or simply by contacting our Customer Service Department.  The fees associated with the withdrawal are the following: $25.  Maximum amount per transaction: $1500. Request for payout moneybookers is based solely on the method used to deposit / or the availability at the time of your request.

If your deposit was with visa / cash, etc the moneybookers option is not available for refunds.

*ALL accounts must have a correct, and valid, address and contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of their withdrawal. Use of an invalid address and phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and/or a delay in your redemptions request. If we cannot verify the information that you provide, or if you request an address change, we ask that you send us additional information by fax (such as your drivers' license, credit card statement, a recent utility bill, or other information liking you to the applicable address).
