All redemptions are processed via Person to Person Money Transfer, certified check, money order, bank wire or sent to you through a money transfer company. Please see the table below for the time-frames that each redemption method can be processed. If you make your request in the appropriate time-frame for the method requested, it will be processed immediately and may incur a transaction fee. Fees are listed below. Redemption requests made on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may not incur a transaction fee.
