All redemptions are processed via Person to Person Money Transfer, certified check, money order, bank wire or sent to you through a money transfer company.  Please see the table below for the time-frames that each redemption method can be processed.  If you make your request in the appropriate time-frame for the method requested, it will be processed immediately and may incur a transaction fee.  Fees are listed below.  Redemption requests made on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may not incur a transaction fee.  If you wish to wait until Monday to have your redemption processed, please contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Chat You may also call 1-800-243-7890
